		<description>Fierce Competition whilst putting many people off now means when the current generation retires there will be a drop in available talent which means newbies can step in.  Its a prevalent job cycle, like Hairdressing, the manual / blunt cutting of the 80s is an older style very much in high demand these days, a technique the recent learners don&#039;t know!</description>
